Flymaster Trackers

Post by Tiki »

I am ordering 3G Flymaster Trackers if anyone is interested in getting one. Those who have told me you want one, no need to remind me.

These are great for XC flying but not that Sir Richard has used his when paddling/kayaking - his daughter who was in the UK watched him win a canoeing race when he was here in the states.

Folks have used them while bicycling and hiking too.

What's even better is the "flexible" monthly plan which allows you to turn the subscription on and off as needed. It works great.

If you're interested or have any questions DM me

If anyone is on the fence about the value of these- it's a huge step up in functionality and reliability over airtribune or similar phone based tracking. It seems like 90% of the time I have no or extremely poor cell service wherever I land but the tracker works.

Only downside is they flag all your activity as paragliding if you export the data to other sites  . But hey if you are flying a paraglider I guess that's a feature not a bug!

Trackers will be required for XC Bohl flying beyond the airport.
